As a Home Delivery Driver, you’ll provide an industry leading fast-track service that brings Argos products to customers' doors.

• Must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it
• Will complete an online driving risk assessment as part of the interview and, if successful, a driving assessment when you join us
• Must have Right to Work eligibility in the UK
• Ability to work a variety of shifts across the week and across three shift blocks during the day:
  Monday to Sunday 5:00am - 1:00pm, 1:00pm - 6:00pm, 6:00pm - 10:30pm. Hours will be scheduled to fit around your availability and may vary from week to week. May have opportunities for overtime, including supporting local Sainsbury’s.

• Drive a 3.5 tonne van to deliver a variety of products to customers' doorsteps, on-time and in great condition
• Complete checks to ensure the van is organised, clean and roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before getting out onto the road to drive safely in a variety of locations and conditions
• Serve customers brilliantly, supporting with any questions and keeping them aware of any delays
• When not on the road, help maintain a slick operation in the stock room or on the shop floor
• Build great knowledge about our products, services and promotions to provide recommendations

• Friendly and professional with genuine enthusiasm for helping customers and providing the best doorstep experience as the face of Argos
• Proficient driving a large vehicle in different locations, from busy residential streets to narrow country lanes, and delivering to a variety of residential properties
• Happy working in a fast‑paced, physical and high‑energy environment, using initiative to solve problems – often working on your own but also thriving as part of a team
• Always ready to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store when needed – fully trained in a variety of skills, with opportunities to learn, develop and try new things
• Embraces using new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly
