Retail Sales Advisor

Overview

Retail Sales Advisor – Leicester Freeman's Common – 24 hours per week – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Sales Advisor to join our Brewers Decorator Centre in Leicester. The role involves providing exceptional service to our customers in store and supporting branch operations.

• Provide exceptional service to customers and deliver on our reputation for quality.
• Use product knowledge to recommend products, mix paint, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the branch network.
• Develop sales of the company product range including wallpaper, paint, and fabric.
• Build relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide a comprehensive service.
• Promote seasonal and special items, including merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales.
• Assist with stock maintenance, unload deliveries and ensure stock is distributed throughout the store.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Approachable, friendly personality and able to help customers and colleagues.
• Enjoy working as part of a team and can work independently.
• Willing to attend training to become a Fire Marshal and/or First Aid.
• Keen to learn, develop skills, and progress within the industry.
• Previous retail experience or product knowledge is advantageous but not essential.
