• Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
• Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service
• Coach and guide the team to meet sales and service targets
• Maintain high standards of store presentation and operations
• Help customers find eyewear that combines style, comfort and expert care
• Take ownership of the store and step up when needed in the manager’s absence

• Retail supervisory or team leader experience (optical not essential)
• A confident, hands‑on leader who enjoys developing others
• Strong communication skills with a people‑first approach

• An interest in fashion, luxury retail and delivering standout service
