Temporary Part-Time Position Overview

This is a temporary part-time 20 hours position based in the Stevenage store. For this position we will require 5 days flexibility, including the weekends.

• Represent the H&M Brand positively and engage with customers to provide an excellent service and an exciting shopping experience.
• Support commercial and operational actions with colleagues to reach store goals and sales targets.
• Keep informed about the latest fashion trends, brands and competitors, using knowledge to inspire and guide customers.
• Provide and receive feedback to support yourself and your colleagues to learn and develop.

You will be part of a dynamic Store Team, including Sales Advisors, Team Leaders, Department Managers, Visual Merchandisers and Store Managers. Together you will create an inspirational environment for our customers and colleagues.
