Store Apprentice

What you’ll do

• Store Apprentice in Leicester Freemens Common – 20 hours per week, local commute, early starts and late finishes (7 AM to 8 PM).
• Engage with customers: understand their needs and deliver excellent service through genuine conversations.
• Get involved in store operations: handle deliveries, stock shelves, and assist with warehouse tasks, contributing to a team‑centric, family‑feel environment.
• Keep things running smoothly: maintain a clean and well‑organised store, ensuring everything is ready for customers and safe for colleagues.
• Learn while working: set aside time each week to complete coursework, supported by your Store Manager and a dedicated apprenticeship coach.
• Apply key areas of learning: customer service, product knowledge, merchandising, business operations, and safety procedures.

• A positive attitude: a warm, friendly approach with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Reliability & flexibility: a commitment to your team and customers, with adaptability to varied tasks.
• Energy & enthusiasm: a willingness to learn, drive to succeed, and no prior retail experience required.
