Role overview

As a Retail Sales Colleague, you will assist customers in discovering and purchasing technology items, ensuring a memorable experience and supporting store operations.

• Ask the right questions to match customers with products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable.
• Offer support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
• Contribute to overall sales performance of the store.
• Work across different departments and product ranges.
• Support store operations by completing operational tasks.

• Approachable and friendly.
• Keen to learn about the latest technology.
• Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
• A strong team player confident working across all parts of the store and winning as a team.

• £12.71 per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p (raising to £13.01 after probation).
• 30 days annual leave including bank holidays.

Permanent, Full Time and Part Time; 8-39 hours per week with flexibility for additional hours; open 7 days a week generally 9am–8pm.
