B&M Retail in the Leicester area is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to join the store team and drive performance on the shop floor. Initially, this Designate position will cover Leicester stores and will require travel between sites as needed.
Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll lead a medium-to-large team, coach staff, uphold high standards, and push for KPIs while delivering excellent customer service.
