Deputy Manager

  From managing daily tasks to reacting quickly when things change, you’ll stay focused and lead with purpose. Whether it’s helping your team stay on top of priorities or jumping on the shop floor to lend a hand, you’ll make sure the store runs smoothly and feels great to shop in.

  You won’t just lead the team, you’ll help shape it. From giving feedback and sharing knowledge to supporting training and spotting potential, you’ll play a big part in developing the next generation of Home Bargains leaders.
• Experience supervising medium to large retail teams in a fast‑paced retail environment
• A proven track record of achieving significantly high weekly sales targets
• Experience managing a varied range of retail categories
• A strong understanding of store operations, performance management, and customer service

£37,020 FTE

44 hours per week
