Mencap is seeking a Shop Assistant for our Thetford store, 22.5 hours per week. You will help develop in-store systems, promote donations, and maximise profits while representing a charitable organisation with strong values.
The role requires flexibility for weekends and holidays, and involvement in training volunteers to support the growing retail presence. We welcome diverse applicants and aim to support people with disabilities.
