You will lead a small team, drive sales, set standards and deliver KRAs, while maintaining morale and delivering great customer service. You’ll also support pricing strategies and help keep costs low in a fast‑paced retail environment.
You’ll work a rolling rota that includes weekends, evenings and sometimes late nights as part of the leadership team, developing staff and ensuring smooth store operations.
