Job Description & How to Apply Below

At Pour Moi, the passion and ambition of our people have shaped who we are for almost 18 years. From selling our very first bra in 2005, to today where one is sold approximately every 30 seconds, our energy, confidence and playful spirit run through everything we do.

Our mission is to help customers feel confident and empowered in their own skin, through beautifully designed lingerie that celebrates every body. We believe shopping for lingerie should feel supportive, uplifting and personal — never rushed, never intimidating.

At Pour Moi, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment that reflects the diversity of our customers and colleagues. We actively encourage applications from people returning to work, or those looking to bring their experience and people skills into a new, meaningful customer-focused role.

Pour Moi is looking for a field-based Area Sales & Retail Support Executive to drive growth for the brand in department stores and in the independent boutique channel. The role looks after all of our key department stores, getting them ready for seasonally through stock ownership, merchandising, training and in-store selling. It also supports independent boutique and department store sales across the Midlands, North West, North East and Scotland, and is the go-to support person for our own retail stores, helping bring brand activity to life.

The role also owns a portfolio of wholesale accounts, including a small number of online wholesale accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the face of Pour Moi within our key department stores, and the day-to-day point of contact for our swimwear and lingerie presence there
  • Own the stock position across our key department store doors, keeping availability right as our partners expand into more doors
  • Ensure visual merchandising is executed to brand standard in every store visited
  • Deliver regular, hands-on training and product education so store teams feel confident selling Pour Moi
  • Spend days on the shop floor selling alongside store teams- across department stores, independent boutiques and our own retail doors, building a genuine understanding of the customer and the product we offer
  • Support the sale of Pour Moi into independent boutiques and independent department stores across the Midlands, North West, North East and Scotland, helping to close gaps in coverage and drive growth
  • Brief stores on marketing campaigns and new launches so they're ready to react in real time
  • Plan and manage a travel and training schedule across a wide, multi-site region, keeping the Sales Manager updated
  • Share monthly highlights from store visits with head office, including trade performance and any uplift following training, merchandising or selling activity
  • Liaise closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life in-store
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts, including a small number of online wholesale accounts, building strong relationships and driving sell-through
Person Specification
  • Proven selling experience, ideally within fashion, lingerie or swimwear retail, department stores or wholesale
  • A confident brand ambassador and trainer who can educate and energise store teams
  • Lingerie or intimate apparel experience is a strong advantage, giving the confidence to talk to customers about fit, sizing and body confidence - but we'd equally welcome a strong educator or trainer from another background
  • Understands the retail customer base and is quick to spot opportunities within it
  • Comfortable following store trade and sales uplift and turning that into a simple monthly update - a light commercial awareness rather than deep data analysis
  • Goal-driven and enthusiastic, enjoys working with product, relishes a challenge, and is a natural team player
  • A strong relationship builder with store teams, buyers and internal colleagues in sales, marketing and retail
  • Strong diary and time management skills, and comfortable working independently across a large, multi-site region
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel daily
  • Wholesale or account management experience, with the ability to manage relationships and performance across a portfolio of accounts; experience with online wholesale accounts is a plus
Practical Details
  • Location Remote / field-based, ideally in the Midlands or North of England
  • Reports to Sales Manager
  • Travel Daily travel is a core requirement, including visits to department stores across the UK, seasonal visits to Brighton for company…
