Energy Sales Specialist
Endo Mech | J&J Med Tech – Surgery – Locations:
Leicester, Nottingham & Peterborough, United Kingdom.
Sales Specialists responsible for growing, supporting and defending sales in existing accounts across the designated territory across the Ethicon product portfolios. In this role you will become an integral part of the sales team by supporting the Regional Sales Manager and leading key accounts and creating new business opportunities where feasible.
Responsibilities- Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
- Interact and promote products to key customers and collaborators in secondary care within the allocated geographical region.
- Lead the territory through the development of comprehensive business plans, focusing on highest value opportunities.
- Lead and develop accounts, being responsible for the relationship between the Company and the customer, ensuring efficient alignment of all efforts to improve impact of all activities driving growth.
- Account Planning
You will analyze and interpret account strategies and plans utilizing key systems and data, both internally and externally, to gain a broad understanding of the business environment and insights into account needs.
- Selling
Build strong networks of relationships that enable the identification of mutually helpful opportunities to sell key technologies in the surgical procedural environment.
- Teamwork
Work collaboratively with colleagues across Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices to deliver the business plan.
- Professional Education and Marketing
You will provide leadership of customer training activities, partner with Professional Education to develop and maintain associated KOL relationships and foster effective use of the Company’s comprehensive Professional Education offering.
- Proven track record in Surgical Sales or a similar sales environment.
- Winning spirit and results‑oriented attitude.

Meaningful experience in health sciences and Energy. - Desirable:
Theatre experience working on cases with a range of healthcare customers in public/private sectors.
