Aboutthe Role
You'll be stepping into a warm seat in a high-volume, short-cycle sales environment. You'll work directly with warm inbound enquiries, qualifying customers, advising on suitable products, and converting those conversations into orders. Backed by strong marketing support and a buzzing team atmosphere, this is an ideal role for a fast‑moving sales professional who thrives on hitting targets and getting deals over the line.
Key Responsibilities- Making calls to leads, emails and online enquiries
- Qualifying customer requirements and recommending tailored product solutions
- Building strong customer relationships and ensuring excellent service
- Creating and negotiating quotes with a commercial mindset
- Managing your pipeline and closing sales effectively
- Maintaining ongoing relationships for repeat business
- Liaising with internal teams across marketing, admin and sales support
- Working to achievable KPIs and revenue targets
- Proven experience in a fast‑paced sales environment (inbound or outbound)
- Comfortable speaking with customers and identifying their needs
- A confident communicator who's motivated by targets and commission
- Strong negotiation skills and an instinct for spotting opportunities
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a busy pipeline
- A team player who brings energy, focus and positivity to the group
- Industry background not essential—we're looking for attitude, personality and hunger
- Base Salary: £30,000
- Commission:
Uncapped with a realistic year 1 OTE of £45,000+ - Hours:
Monday to Friday only - no weekends, evenings, or shift work - Location:
