We are working with a growing SME residential developer who is looking to appoint an experienced New Homes Sales Progressor to work closely with the Sales Director. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing the sales progression process from reservation through to legal completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient journey for buyers, solicitors, and internal teams.
This role would suit a proactive, detail‑driven Sales Progressor with proven new homes experience who thrives in a hands‑on environment and enjoys being a central point of contact.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the full sales progression process from reservation to legal completion
- Work closely with the Sales Director to support sales targets and completion deadlines
- Liaise daily with buyers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, estate agents, and internal departments
- Proactively chase all parties to ensure legal milestones and exchange deadlines are met
- Maintain accurate sales progression trackers and CRM systems
- Identify and resolve issues
