Fine & Country Surrey is searching for a motivated, entrepreneurial Partner Agent to join our successful regional team and represent our luxury brand across Ascot & Virginia Water — one of the most exclusive and high-value property markets in the UK.
As a Partner Agent, you will operate as a self-employed business owner under the strength, reputation, and marketing excellence of the Fine & Country brand. You will have full control over your success while benefiting from world-class tools, ongoing support, and a globally recognised network of premium property specialists.
Key Responsibilities- Represent the Fine & Country brand across Ascot & Virginia Water with professionalism and integrity
- Prospect, appraise and secure premium property listings
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with vendors buyers, and local partners
- Manage your pipeline from instruction through to completion
- Deliver exceptional client service that reflects Fine & Country’s standards
- Create high-quality marketing content for new listings, supported by our in-house team
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the sales journey
- Leverage our extensive marketing tools, training, and international exposure
- Access to the prestigious Fine & Country brand and global network
- Premium marketing, design, and lead-generation support
- Professional photography, videography, brochures, and advertising
- Ongoing training, mentoring, and business development support
- Market-leading CRM and software tools
- Flexibility to run your business your way

This is a self-employed, commission-only role with uncapped earnings.
