An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Events Sales Manager to join a luxury boutique hotel in London. This role plays a key part in driving event revenue and ensuring exceptional guest experiences across weddings, private functions, and corporate events.
About the RoleAs Events Sales Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the event sales process from initial enquiry through to post-event feedback. Working closely with the F&B and Operations teams, you’ll manage all client communications, coordinate event logistics, and maintain the highest standards of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all incoming event enquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
- Convert leads efficiently to meet monthly and annual event revenue targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, from initial booking through to on-site event delivery.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing and new corporate and M&E clients.
- Coordinate closely with F&B and Operations to ensure event details are delivered accurately and seamlessly.
- Actively promote and sell wedding and private event packages.
- Track and analyse declined business to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.
- Support the delivery of the hotel’s wider sales and revenue strategy through event performance.
- Proven experience in event sales or event management within a hotel or luxury venue.
- Strong commercial focus with a proactive approach to lead conversion and revenue growth.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confident communicator who enjoys building long‑term client relationships.
- Calm and professional under pressure, with a natural flair for hospitality and service.
- Full‑time position within a luxury boutique property in Central London.
