40 per week (No late nights or Sundays)

About the Role

Already an established Kitchen Designer? In sales within a customer facing role?

Full training & induction in kitchen design given.

Following another year of incredible results in a really tough climate, we are now entering into another exciting period of growth and grabbing more market share which means there is an exciting opportunity for an experienced kitchen designer or sales led / customer focussed individual to join our business to help meet increased demand.

Finding the right person is so important; therefore, we are looking for someone who can fit into our fun and friendly team but can also focus on the job at hand by building relationships with customers in the local area and sharing your passion for design and outstanding service to convert a busy lead bank into sales.

A friendly and professional manner is needed when it comes to welcoming customers into the branch and at their homes. Your ability to listen and understand the customers' needs is essential as it will result in you offering advice and product recommendations to design and measure their dream kitchen.

Your enthusiasm and skills will close the sale and complete the project and, last but not least, your attention to detail and willingness to succeed will ensure the customers are satisfied throughout the whole project through to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers in the local area.
  • Share passion for design and outstanding service to convert a busy lead bank into sales.
  • Welcome customers into the branch and at their homes in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Listen and understand customers' needs to offer advice and product recommendations for design and measurement of dream kitchen.
  • Close the sale and complete the project while ensuring customers' satisfaction throughout the whole project.
Skills & Unique Attributes
  • Previous sales experience working within a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or furniture sales/design environment.
  • Ability to nurture the customer's desire to design, furthered by technical knowledge while delivering a fantastic and memorable experience.
  • Organised, with excellent communication and time management skills, and a drive and ambition to succeed.
  • Thrives in a team environment, brings initiative and creativity, and works effectively and efficiently to targets and achieves successful sales.
