Due to continued growth and strategic expansion across the UK, we are seeking a high-calibre Field Sales Engineer to drive business development, manage key accounts, and deliver consultative technical sales solutions across an established and high-potential territory.
The Opportunity
This is not a “box-shifting” sales role. It is a strategic, solution-led, consultative position focused on long-term account development, new business acquisition, and value-added engineering sales.
You will inherit an active customer base whilst being given full autonomy to identify new market opportunities, develop OEM partnerships, and expand distributor relationships. The role offers genuine career progression into Senior Sales, National Account Management, Business Development Management or Sales Leadership for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive proactive business development across OEMs, end users, integrators and distribution partners
• Manage and grow key accounts, increasing wallet share and long-term commercial agreements
• Identify new revenue streams through specification selling and solution-based engagement
• Develop strategic account plans to maximise territory performance
• Work closely with internal technical support, engineering and customer service teams
• Conduct site visits, technical consultations and product demonstrations
• Deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management and CRM reporting
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain competitive advantage

• Comfortable operating autonomously in a field-based environment
