Our client, a respected and growing new home developer, is seeking an experienced New Home Sales Advisor to join their team in Leicester. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional who thrives in a customer-facing environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional home-buying experience.

• Manage the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion
• Proactively generate and follow up on leads
• Conduct viewings and present homes to prospective buyers li>
• Provide expert guidance on the purchasing process, incentives, and options
• Achieve and exceed sales targets
• Maintain accurate records and CRM updates
• Deliver outstanding customer service at all times

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in new homes sales (essential)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong closing and negotiation abilities
• Professional, confident, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours
• Full UK driving licence preferred
