We're working with a fast-growing clean energy company on a mission to transform how UK households power their homes. As they expand nationally, we're looking for high-performing Residential Sales Consultants to join their team and drive customer acquisition for residential solar PV systems.

This is a field-based B2C sales role—ideal for someone who thrives on meeting people face-to-face, knows how to build trust quickly, and can close deals confidently. You’ll be supported by a strong marketing engine and receive ongoing training in solar technology, sales techniques, and financing options.

What You’ll Do:
  • Engage directly with homeowners to understand their needs and offer tailored solar PV solutions

  • Generate and convert leads through field activity, referrals, and events

  • Educate customers on system performance, financing options (PPAs, loans), and UK energy regulations (Smart Export Guarantee etc.)

  • Manage your pipeline via CRM and work collaboratively across operations and marketing

  • Represent the brand at community events, info sessions, and partner engagements

  • Drive your own success with autonomy, initiative, and entrepreneurial energy

What You’ll Bring:
  • 3–5+ years of B2C sales experience—solar PV, home improvement, tech, or consumer goods background preferred

  • Strong track record in field sales, lead generation, and closing

  • Self-starter mindset with ability to manage territory and prioritise activity

  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel

  • Eligibility to work in the UK

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience selling residential solar in the UK

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools or lead platforms

  • Languages relevant to UK community demographics

  • Network within the renewables or home improvement space
