Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in London. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve revenue goals, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, managing sales pipelines, analysing market trends, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Collaborating with other teams to align sales efforts with business objectives is key to this role.
Qualifications- Sales and business development skills, including the ability to generate leads, negotiate, and close deals
- Customer relationship management and exceptional communication skills to foster client trust and satisfaction
- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data, trends, and performance metrics
- Passion for luxury watches or the luxury goods industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of digital sales strategies is a plus
