We have delivery teams across the UK, Spain, and Ukraine. As we continue to grow our UK presence, we are expanding our team and are looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to support our outbound sales efforts and help fuel our next stage of growth.
The RoleAs a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and booking meetings, focusing on the top of the sales funnel through cold outreach (calls, emails, Linked In) to build initial interest and pass qualified prospects to closers. Key duties include researching targets, nurturing relationships, managing CRM data, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to ensure a steady pipeline of potential customers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys proactive outreach, understands the technology services landscape, and is motivated by measurable results.
What You’ll Do /Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Research:
Identify and research potential clients and target accounts using various tools and strategies. - Outreach:
Initiate contact with prospects via cold calling, emailing, and social selling (Linked In) to gauge interest. - Lead
Qualification:
Assess leads against predefined criteria to determine if they are a good fit for the product/service. - Meeting Booking:
Schedule initial discovery calls or demos between qualified leads and Account Executives. - Nurturing:
Follow up with interested prospects and maintain relationships. - CRM Management:
Accurately log activities and update prospect information in the CRM system. - Collaboration:
Work closely with Marketing for campaign alignment and AEs to ensure smooth handoffs. - Product Knowledge:
Develop a deep understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate value.
- 2+ years of experience in a B2B SDR, or sales-focused role.
- Exposure to or understanding of software development services, digital products, or technology solutions.
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email campaigns.
- Experience running creative and data-driven lead generation initiatives.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover challenges and propose solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders.
