Field Sales Advisor – Virgin Media O2

£26,228 basic salary, plus uncapped commission (OTE approx £46,228).

• Knocking on doors and creating new opportunities from scratch in your patch.
• Building rapport, understanding customer needs and turning conversations into commissions.
• Following up leads, managing your own pipeline and treating your area like your own business.
• Representing Virgin Media O2 and introducing customers to broadband, mobile and TV products.
• Meeting daily sales targets and earning uncapped commission.

• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work 12:00pm–8:00pm shifts.
• Confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people.

• £26,228 base salary with uncapped commission (top earners make £50k–£70k).

Leicester. Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week. Typical shifts: 12:00pm–8:00pm.

Two weeks of full‑time training Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm covering product knowledge, sales systems and on‑the‑job learning with ongoing support.
