Duties of a Car Sales Executive:
Guide customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process from initial enquiry to handover
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
Prospect for new business opportunities through telephone follow-up, events, and outreach activities
Maintain accurate customer records within enquiry management systems
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and stay current with manufacturer training
Recommend appropriate finance, insurance, and add-on products to customers
Deliver outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring high levels of satisfaction
Achieve and surpass personal and team sales targets
Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role within the motor trade or comparable industry
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven with a motivated and proactive approach to sales
Professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused manner
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
