What you’ll be doing as a Car Sales Executive
  • Guiding customers through the full sales process from first contact to handover
  • Maintaining strong product knowledge and attending manufacturer training
  • Prospecting, following up enquiries, and managing your customer database
  • Recommending suitable add‑on products based on customer needs
  • Delivering a first‑class customer experience that drives repeat business
  • Working closely with aftersales and management to ensure smooth operations
Essential
  • Experience as a Car Sales Executive (main dealer or large used‑car operation)
  • Strong stability in previous roles
  • Ability to work to combined targets (8 used + 4 new per month)
  • Confident communicator with a customer‑first mindset
  • Full UK driving licence
Desirable
  • Strong organisational and follow‑up skills
  • A positive, team‑focused attitude
Working hours
  • 45‑hour week
  • Always a 5‑day working week
