Sales & Customer Service Associate

Overview

Our client, a well-established sales and marketing company in Leicester, is looking for candidates eager to learn and develop within a customer-facing role. The role involves engaging with customers on behalf of clients within face-to-face residential campaigns, supporting customer acquisition and brand awareness while delivering a professional customer experience.

Coaching, training and ongoing support are provided from the start. As you develop within the opportunity, additional responsibilities such as coaching, training support, and workshop participation may become available based on performance and business needs.

• Strong English speaking and writing skills for effective communication with customers and the client
• Full-time equivalent availability (minimum of 4 full working days per week, Mon–Sat)
• Eligibility to work in the UK

This opportunity operates on a subcontracted basis. Earnings generated through a commission and performance incentive structure. Our client is committed to supporting your personal and professional development, providing a platform for long-term growth.

This role is not suitable for candidates still in education (school/college/university) or current international students. Due to availability requirements, our client is seeking candidates who can work 4/5 full days per week (full-time equivalent).
