Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join ADS Laser Cutting as a Key Account Manager. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Leicester. Responsibilities include managing key client accounts, conducting business planning, fostering relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, identifying opportunities for account growth, and analysing customer requirements to provide tailored solutions. The role requires collaboration across teams to ensure the timely delivery of high‑quality services to clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Key Accounts management to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Exceptional Customer Service expertise to address client needs and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Analytical Skills to assess customer needs, evaluate data, and make informed decisions for effective problem‑solving.
  • Proficiency in Business Planning to develop strategies that drive growth and profitability for key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver results in a B2B environment is preferred.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or metal fabrication sector is an advantage.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
