Role DescriptionThe Business Development Associate role at Homex Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Leicester. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, generating leads through calls, emails, networking, and local outreach, and building relationships with prospective clients and partners. The Business Development Associate will support market research, prepare and deliver presentations about Homex Group’s services, and assist with proposals and follow-up activities to close deals.
Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to align strategies, and providing feedback on customer needs and market trends. The role requires a proactive, goal-oriented approach and a strong focus on customer service and professionalism.
- Strong presentation skills and experience creating and delivering effective presentations to varied audiences.
- Proven ability in lead generation, including prospecting, outreach, and follow-up to convert opportunities.
- Experience conducting market research to understand local property trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate.
- Basic understanding of real estate or property services is beneficial; prior business development or sales experience is an advantage.
- Comfort working in an on-site, client-facing environment in Leicester and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relevant education in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
