Area Sales Manager Foodservice Wholesale

THE ROLE:

This is an excellent opportunity to inherit an established area for a progressive Food service wholesaler. You will be responsible for a multimillion turnover area with many accounts who have been clients for a number of years. Due to recent expansion of product range we are confident that there is further opportunity for strong growth across the existing account base, which comprises of accounts across all sectors, including pubs, restaurants, hotels, leisure, coffee shops, education and healthcare.

We are also keen to further develop the area and are excited about our potential to service new customers across the area. As a result this role is a combination of account management and new business. We manage our team to work autonomously without micro-management, whilst offering a supportive environment., This makes the position ideal for someone who really enjoys Food service sales but is looking for the right cultural environment.

THE APPLICANT:
We are seeking to speak to candidates with a proven track record in Sales and account Management within the Food service Sector. Candidates must have a proven track record in Food service Wholesale sales Candidates must be equally adept at both account management and Food service Candidates must be effective team players and passionate about food service

Experience of Food service across both Surrey and Sussex areas is advantageous although not essential
