Our horticulture team is recognised for delivering trusted technical expertise and outstanding customer support, and we’re looking for an Agronomist with a passion for viticulture and top fruit to join our growing South East team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across two dynamic and expanding sectors, supporting vineyard and top fruit growers to maximise plant health, fruit quality and yield while developing sustainable, profitable businesses.

You’ll provide expert agronomy advice with a focus on vineyards and top fruit production, becoming a trusted partner to growers across the region. Alongside building strong customer relationships, you’ll promote Hutchinsons’ industry-leading services and technologies while developing your own successful agronomy portfolio.

• A strong horticultural background, ideally with agronomy or practical crop management experience.
• An interest in, or experience of, viticulture and/or top fruit production.
• BASIS and FACTS qualifications, or the ambition to achieve them.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong commercial awareness.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
