An excellent opportunity for a motivated B2B sales professional to generate new business, manage leads, use CRM and support revenue growth within a compliance‑led professional services environment.

Salary: £33,000 to £36,000 per annum (Basic Salary) / OTE £43,000 to £46,000+ (Uncapped)

Location: Syston, Leicestershire, East Midlands (100% Office Based)

Job Type: Full‑Time, Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:40 am to 5 pm. Some work may be required beyond these days and hours, e.g. client meetings, networking events.

Job Overview

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Sales Executive to join an established provider in an office‑based B2B sales role.

As a Sales Executive you will build a new business pipeline, convert leads, deliver proposals and presentations, and support revenue growth across professional, compliance‑led services.

The Sales Executive will work closely with sales and marketing colleagues, using CRM activity, lead generation, tenders and networking to identify opportunities and help bring mature services to market.

Duties
  • New Business Generation:
    Contact potential clients by phone, email and meetings to build pipeline, develop opportunities and support revenue growth
  • CRM Management:
    Use and engage with Pipedrive to manage leads, track activity and support accurate sales pipeline reporting
  • Sales Proposals:
    Produce and deliver professional sales proposals, presentations and service demonstrations both online and occasionally face‑to‑face
  • Sales Conversion:
    Convert and close sales opportunities, supported by the Sales Director during contract negotiations where required
  • Tender Opportunities:
    Find tender opportunities through portals and procurement engines, reviewing, completing and submitting suitable public and private tenders
  • Marketing Alignment:
    Work with sales and marketing colleagues to align activity, improve lead generation and provide feedback on marketing channels
  • Product Launch Support:
    Assist with new product launches, helping potential clients and applicants understand the services available
  • Networking Activity:
    Attend sales expos, marketing events and networking functions to meet potential clients and develop new relationships
Candidate Requirements
  • Previous experience in a business‑to‑business sales environment
  • Experience in HR, compliance or legal services, or transferable skills from another professional services industry
  • A good understanding of compliance‑driven requirements, or a genuine desire to develop knowledge in this area
  • A successful track record of sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent written communication skills and a professional writing style
  • A professional selling manner with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels within a business
  • Strong time management skills, self‑motivation and a proactive approach to work

    Full UK Driving Licence
