German speaking Inside Sales Executive

Salary: up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience plus benefits

• Working within a designated territory, you will drive sales growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities while collaborating closely with the external sales team to maximise revenue and profitability.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, building long-term relationships to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities while generating strong sales pipeline.
• Conduct outbound customer calls and emails, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded through the CRM system.
• Work closely with the external sales and marketing teams to qualify leads, support campaigns and deliver excellent customer experience.
• Negotiate pricing and agreements in line with business objectives and targets.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to enquiries, resolving issues, preparing quotations and coordinating with internal teams.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts, monitor KPIs, analyse customer and market trends and provide insights to support business growth.
• Maintain up-to‑date customer records, monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to increase sales through cross‑selling, upselling and product promotions.

• Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
• French language skills a benefit but not a requirement
• Experience in inside sales, account management or business development needed
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship building skills
• Organised, proactive and results driven
• IT literate with experience using CRM systems
