Oak Furniture land is seeking a Retail Sales Advisor in Leicester to act as a brand ambassador in our showroom network. You will guide customers through our ranges, helping them choose pieces to enhance their homes, using a consultative sales approach and expert product knowledge.
You will enjoy uncapped commissions up to 4% on all sales, a full-time role with 40 hours per week and weekends rotated. The position emphasizes teamwork, customer focus and achieving high performance.
