Airbox Fulfilment is seeking an Ecommerce Account Manager to act as the day-to-day partner for a portfolio of ecommerce brands, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and customer expectations are exceeded.
You’ll collaborate with Warehouse Operations to manage inbound deliveries, stock, and dispatch performance while resolving issues before they arise. This role focuses on proactive communication and relationship-building to help clients grow.
