The Role:

As a Graduate Field Sales & Marketing Executive, you'll take ownership of your own territory while receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support through a structured leadership development programme. Over 18–24 months, you'll rotate across different product areas, giving you broad commercial exposure and the opportunity to develop into a future business leader. This is a varied, field-based role with no cold calling, offering the chance to strengthen your commercial awareness, communication skills and confidence while making a real impact from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and nurture relationships with around 120 existing customer accounts across your territory.

Develop sales strategies to maximise regional growth and commercial performance.

Deliver engaging product demonstrations and educate customers on new products and promotions.

Increase brand awareness through visual merchandising and in-store promotional activity.

Plan your own diary, prioritise customer visits and manage territory performance.

Represent the business at UK and European trade shows, exhibitions and customer events.

Confident, influential relationship builders - some sales or commercial experience would be advantageous

Full UK driving licence (including manual) and willing to drive in the UKCan attend an assessment day in Buckinghamshire across 15th/16th September (with expenses paid, including a hotel stay)
Able to start in this role on 5th October or 2nd November Location
