We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven

Sales Executive to join ourNew & Used team in Leicester. This is your chance to work with some of the most exciting and stylish automotive brands, backed by one of the East Midlands’ most trusted and respected dealer groups.

As aSales Advisor, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey, from initial enquiry to handover. You’ll build lasting relationships, provide expert product advice, and ensure every customer leaves delighted with both their new vehicle and the service they’ve received.

• Engaging with customers in the showroom, online, and by phone to understand their needs.
• Presenting and demonstrating new and approved used vehicles.
• Managing the full sales process, including finance and insurance products (FCA compliant).
• Achieving and exceeding sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensuring every customer enjoys a professional, friendly, and memorable experience.

• A confident communicator with a passion for people and cars.
• Experience in Car Sales / Automotive Sales
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple customer enquiries.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and focused on delivering excellent customer service.
• A full UK driving licence is essential.
