Responsibilities

• Manage Dahua's current UK account portfolio and coordinate with HQ in dealing with customer requests regarding order processing/sales activities
• Liaise with Head of Sales Department to determine the range of video surveillance equipment to be introduced into the local market and contribute to the development of sales strategies
• Identify channel customer needs and requirements, and analyse customers' reactions to all aspects of the product, price, post-sales service, etc
• Analyse sales figures, and assist the marketing department
• Maintain a long-term relationship with existing channel customers and recruit additional channel partners
• Drive target setting process, strategy formulation and action planning across programs, operations and key support functions to achieve the partner objectives
• Prepare accurate and timely reports. Provide management with feedback based on requirements of current and future Dahua products and solutions
• Assist in the overall growth of the Dahua brand within the UK and Ireland market

• Prior experience in a sales role or account manager role will be advantageous
• Previous experience with distributors will be advantageous
• Good customer service skills and communication skills
• Good at handling pressures
