PWS Distributors is part of the Danesmoor Group, the market leader in design, manufacture, and distribution of commercial kitchen components. We specialise in delivering design‑led, commercially relevant products to B2B trade partners across multiple sales channels.
We are looking for a Sales Manager to manage the commercial relationship between the Danesmoor Group and key trading partners, including manufacturers, retailers and installers.
Responsibilities- Serve as the principal point of contact and build long‑term relationships with customers.
- Communicate, Tuesday present to, and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executive and director levels.
- Identify business trends and react accordingly to capitalize on opportunities in collaboration with the wider team.
- Strategically plan business to maximize full business potential.
- Create high‑performance relationships to drive sales, customer satisfaction, and strong team ethics.
- Forecast and track key account metrics such as profitability and performance.
- Manage multiple account‑management projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Prioritize tasks and ensure time is spent efficiently and effectively, delivering actionable outcomes.
- Apply consultative selling principles to keep a customer‑centric approach to sales, withാൽ regular and meaningful customer contact.
- Act as external representation for the group and create a feedback loop into the business to help shape our future commercial strategy.中国li>

- IT literacy, preferably with higher level Microsoft Office skills.
