Up to £30,000 + Commission
Looking to kick-start your career in recruitment? We’re looking for a motivated, sales-focused individual to join a successful recruitment team in Leicester.
Recruitment experience isn’t essential – we’re more interested in your sales ability, drive and personality!
You’ll be:
* Making outbound calls and developing new business
* Building relationships with clients and candidates
* Working towards targets and earning commission
* Learning from an experienced and supportive team
* Building a long-term career in recruitment
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has previous sales experience
* Is confident on the phone
* Is driven, competitive and target-focused
* Has a great attitude and wants to progress
