Start your sales career as an Entry-Level Account Executive with a globally recognised logistics brand trusted by thousands of small and medium-sized businesses. In this role, you’ll learn how to help companies streamline their shipping processes, reduce costs, and access premium logistics services.
No prior sales experience is required – just strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine hunger to learn.
What You’ll Be Doing Building Customer Relationships- Connect with new and existing SME clients to understand their needs
- Learn about customer shipping habits and identify ways to improve efficiency
- Provide friendly, ongoing support to ensure a great customer experience
- Take part in a structured 12-month training programme designed for entry-level talent
- Learn key skills including sales fundamentals, negotiation, and customer success
- Gain experience through classroom learning, shadowing experienced colleagues, and on-the-job coaching
- Help onboard new clients and support them with day-to-day queries
- Assist with pricing, billing, and service-related questions
- Develop problem-solving skills by working closely with your team and customers
- Work towards clear targets with full support from your manager
- Progress through defined career pathways based on your performance

- £30,000 base salary + strong first-year earning potential (OTE)
