Time Intelligence Officer

As a Real Time Intelligence Officer
, you will provide vital 24-hour intelligence support. You will research, develop, and share information with key stakeholders to inform decision‑making, while accurately recording intelligence to support future research.

You’ll undertake open-source research to assist live incidents and contribute to cross-border and inter-agency investigations.

As part of your development, you’ll have the opportunity to become an accredited Intelligence Researcher by completing the Intelligence Professionalisation Programme, gaining recognised intelligence skills and experience.

• Researching intelligence for incidents and accurately linking this on force systems.
• A key contact for notifying and recording prison recalls, people unlawfully at large and breaches of tags.
• Identifying risk and threat through evaluation of intelligence.

• Research experience using databases to gather and analyse data.
• Experience producing high quality and accurate written correspondence.
• The ability to provide a first‑class customer service.
