Security Engineer

We're looking for a skilled Security Engineer to join our growing team, working mainly across domestic properties (80%) with some commercial and industrial sites. If you enjoy local work, proper support, and a role where call‑outs are genuinely rare, this is the perfect opportunity.
What You’ll Get- Up to £41,800 basic salary
- Overtime available
- Company van
- All power tools supplied
- 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
- Local patch no long travel days
- Installing, servicing & fault‑finding intruder alarm systems
- Working on access control, intercoms, CCTV, and occasional fire alarms
- Attending local jobs mainly around Leicestershire
- Taking part in our call‑out rota (1 week on / 7 weeks off); all calls are filtered through technical support first
- Based in Leicestershire
- Experience with intruder alarms (installation, service, fault‑finding)
- Knowledge of CCTV, access control & intercoms is beneficial
- A positive attitude and ability to work independently
