Salary: £16,785.60 per annum (24 hours per week, dependent on experience)
Job title: Concierge
A fulfilling and exciting opportunity available for a Concierge to join our Association. The Concierge will be based in our offices in Leicester. Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households by providing quality housing, tailored support plans, training, education, and employment opportunities to help people achieve stable lives and realise their full potential.
Purpose of the roleThe primary purpose is to provide supported accommodation to ex‑offenders or those at risk of offending.
Responsibilities- Provide concierge service to keep the building safe and secure.
- Act as a point of contact for service users who may require assistance in an emergency or crisis situation.
- Ensure a good standard of professional service is given and work within the Association's policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of the Association's values, culture and ethos.
- Successful candidate will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check, scrutiny of employment history and robust references checks.
- Must be authorised to work in the UK; the Association is unable to provide visa sponsorship.
