Youth Emotional Wellbeing Coordinator – Impactful

The Junction Foundation, located in Tees Valley, is seeking an Emotional Wellbeing Coordinator to deliver and enhance the Pathways to Wellness service. This role involves leading the coordination of support for vulnerable children and young people aged 5-25, ensuring they have access to evidence-based emotional wellbeing interventions.

The ideal candidate will have responsibility for recording project outcomes and will support positive changes in the lives of those facing emotional and mental health challenges.
