Position: Team Leader/Manager - Locality West (Generic Adult Social Care Council
Our client, Leicester City Council, is seeking an agency Team Leader/Manager for its Locality Service in adult social care. This is a full-time post, likely to last 3 months initially. Paid at £42 per hour (umbrella). The role will involve the following:
Managing a generic/locality service for adults The team mainly works with older adults or adults with a physical disability, along with issues such as substance misuse, homelessness etc. Supervising and supporting social workers Managing caseloads and performance Safeguarding and risk management Quality assurance This role will be hybrid with a minimum requirement to come to the office 2 days per week to interact and provide 1:1 to the staff and team meeting Please let me know if you are interested?
