About You

You are a caring, compassionate, and reliable individual who genuinely enjoys helping people rebuild confidence and independence. Full training will be provided, so the most important qualities are empathy, resilience, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference.

  • Maintaining accurate records and following safeguarding and organisational procedures.
  • Contributing to a safe, welcoming, and recovery‑focused environment.

  • The ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations.
  • Good organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • A willingness to work flexibly as part of a 24/7 rota.
  • Understanding of mental health or lived experience is welcomed but not essential.
  • No previous experience is required, as comprehensive training and ongoing development will be provided.
Benefits

In return, you will receive:

  • Competitive hourly pay of £13.45 per hour.
  • Full induction and comprehensive training.
  • Ongoing learning and career development opportunities.
  • A supportive and inclusive team environment.
  • The opportunity to make a genuine difference to people’s lives every day.
  • 27 days’ annual leave, rising to 32 after 1 year (plus bank holidays).
  • Pension scheme with 4.5% employer contribution, matched up to 6.5%.
  • Life assurance (3× annual salary).
  • Enhanced sick pay and family‑friendly pay.
  • Birthday leave and the option to buy up to 5 extra days’ annual leave.
