Leicester City Council is seeking a SEND Personal Adviser to support a caseload of young people aged 16-25, including those NEET or with EHCPs. You will provide information, advice and guidance across schools, colleges and community settings, with a view to positive outcomes and preparation for adulthood.
The role is hybrid, with some evenings and occasional home visits. You will work with SEND, education welfare, health and social care teams, liaising with employers and DWP as needed.
