Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Customer Accounts Specialist to support residents with their tenancies, reduce arrears, and maximise income collection. You will visit tenants, review circumstances, and provide practical advice to ensure secure and supported homes.
You will own the income and arrears process using Microsoft Dynamics and CRM housing management systems, applying compassionate, clear guidance and negotiating outcomes under pressure. Travel across the region may be required.
