Wiltshire Council's Support & Safeguarding Team is recruiting Social Workers and Senior Social Workers to help children and families. This is a relationship-based role that values professional judgement, wellbeing, and ongoing development.
You’ll manage a diverse caseload, undertake assessments and care planning, work with partner agencies, contribute to court work, and support keeping children safely in their families where possible. Hybrid working and strong supervision are provided.
