PAYE Inclusive: £23.81 per hour (Including Holiday Pay)

PAYE (Excluding Holiday Pay): £21.25 per hour

4 days, 09:00-17:00, 30 Hours per week

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Team Leader to join a dedicated Drug & Alcohol Service. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in substance misuse and team management to lead a passionate team delivering high‑quality support to individuals affected by drug and alcohol dependency.

• Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and support to a multidisciplinary team.
• Manage staff performance, including conducting regular one-to-one meetings, appraisals, and performance reviews.
• Ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and person‑centred interventions in line with organisational policies and best practice.
• Monitor service performance, quality standards, and contractual targets.
• Support safeguarding processes and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate and timely records using System One (Systm One).
• Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partner agencies to achieve positive outcomes for service users.

• Previous line management experience, including supervising and supporting staff.
• Proven experience working within the drug and alcohol/substance misuse sector.
• Experience using Systm One (System One).
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one if required).
• Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced service environment.
